The Atlanta colocation server hosting, cloud server hosting, and dedicated server hosting data center is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Atlanta data center operates on two shifts – regular hours and extended hours.

For security reasons, please submit a ticket in the
Help Ticket System to make an appointment to access the data center during extended hours.
Emergency Access
If you do not have an extended hours appointment and you need immediate access to the data center facility, this is considered an emergency access request. For emergency access, call 404.531.0080 and select option 2. Generally, you can access the data center within 1 hour of an emergency call.
