The colocation facility in Atlanta is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The Atlanta collocation facility operates on two shifts – regular hours and extended hours.
Regular Hours:
Mon. - Fri.: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Extended Hours:
Mon. - Sun.: all non-regular hours
Sat. - Sun.: 24 hours

During regular hours simply walk in, authenticate, and access your equipment. For security reasons, please make an appointment during regular hours to access the data center during extended hours. There is no charge for extended hours access with an appointment made during regular hours.
Emergency Access
If you do not have an extended hours appointment and you need immediate access to the colocation facility, this is considered an emergency access request. For emergency access, call 404.531.0080 and select option #2. Generally, you can access the data center within 1 hour of an emergency call.
