Extended Hours Access:
The colocation facility in Atlanta is accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. The Atlanta collocation facility operates on two shifts – regular hours and extended hours.
Regular Hours:
Mon. - Fri.: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Extended Hours:
Mon. - Sun.: all non-regular hours
Sat. - Sun.: 24 hours

For security reasons, please submit a ticket in the Capital Internet Support Suite to access the data center during extended hours. There is no charge for extended hours access with an appointment made during regular hours.
